Living in the world today.

To be honest , If we are living in the world today.
And at the same time trying to portrait God's image.
Sometimes , the worldly things get in your way.
I don't know about you , but I do get distracted.
I'm weak at that point , I guess.

And sometimes when I'm around a whole bunch of non-Christians ,
I tend to forget about my whole purpose , which is to reach out to others.
Like. Reflecting His light and all ? Hrmmm..

Ephesians 5:8
"For you were once darkness , but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light , and find out what pleases the Lord. Have nothing to do with fruitless deeds of darkness , but rather expose them"

Self reflection , anyone ?

Ephesians 5:15
"Be very careful then , how you live - not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity because the days are evil".

Don't you think the world around you is starting to corrupt?

Proverbs 24:21
Fear the Lord and the king , my son. and do not join with the rebellious, for those two will send sudden destruction upon them , and who knows what calamities they can bring?

Stand out. Don't easily get influenced by school mates.

Lamentations 3:40
" Let us examine our ways , and test them. and let us return to the Lord. Let us lift up our hearts and our hands , to God in heaven and say,
We have sinned and rebelled ..... "

Ecclesiastes 5:1-3
Guard your steps when you go to the house of God.
Go near to listen rather than to offer the sacrifice of fools , who do not know what the do wrong.

Do not be quick with your mouth ,
do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God.
God is in heaven , and you are on earth.
So let your words be few.
As a dream comes when there are many cares.
So the speech of a fool , when there are many words.

Talking bout projecting the image of God. Reflect on yourself.

Galations 5:7
You were running a good race . Who cut in on you and kept you from obeying the truth ? That kind of persuasion does not come from the one who called you.

Are you distracted or influenced by daily life?
I know I was , and I don't wanna fall asleep again *snores*

Galations 5:13
You , my brothers , were called to be free. But do not use to indulge in sinful nature. Rather, use your freedom to serve one another in love.

God have us all choices. He gave us all freedom.
Whether we use it for a good cause , or likewise.
So , be wise with the choices you make ? I'd say I wont regret using my life to serve Him as much as I can do now.

Psalm 34 :11
Come , my children. Listen to me ; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Whoever of you who loves life and desires to see many good days. Keep your tongues from evil and your lips from speaking lies. Turn from evil and do good , seek peace and pursue it.

Love your friends. Who knows ?
Maybe God will show His love , through you .

Submit yourselves then , to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands , you sinners. and purify your hearts , you double minded. Humble yourselves before the Lord and he will lift you up.

All the things I've learned since the past years.
Had been put up to a test.
I'm ready for the challenged ahead of me next year.
And I believe God has greater things for my CF.
Hrmmm. What i've learned is , Stand firm .
No matter what happens ,
TRY YOUR very best to be protraiting the image of God.
I myself is trying to cut down on cussing.
Just start with your school.
